Robin Sparks MA, LPC
The Zen Therapist
What Clients Are Saying
Former Client
It saved my life. I saw Robin for over a year before I moved out of her service area. The things Robin taught me in that 12x12 serene, safe and loved filled room have stuck with me to this day. One of the biggest life changers Robin instilled was to “do things that fill your cup” and remember “you can’t pour into others with an empty cup”.

More About Me
My clients describe me as:
Warm, compassionate, real, with a good sense of humor. They tell me they feel more hopeful and motivated after we meet.
Something to know about my approach is:
I am very positive and help people process and release years of pain, and begin to create a new story based on self acceptance and the belief that their lives can get better, no matter what they have been through.
Together, we will:
Establish a safe place for you to be able to express your feelings and learn new ways to cope and improve your life based on what brings you happiness and peace.
I specialize in working with people who:
Struggle with feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or have difficulty accepting themselves. Many have experienced Complex PTSD and are struggling with pain that has not been processed and is causing them distress in their mood or in their relationships.
I became a therapist because:
I grew up with Complex PTSD and understand the impact that trauma can have on families. I am grateful to hold space for people as they heal.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
We have a great space by the River, and another close to the beach so we have the option of doing sessions outside or go on mindful walks, and we always have coffee, fresh flowers and, cookies available.
More about me and my practice:
We are a modern collective of therapists, coaches and wellness experts with many mind/ body specialties and we enjoy working with all ages of clients including children, adolescents, couples and adults. We are warm, down to earth and authentic.
